Stephen Redlich has designed and made furniture and wooden objects for our living spaces since 2015. Before settling into his small workshop on Gerrard Street East, he also worked as an aeronautical structural engineer and software developer, trades that testify to his desire to create and innovate. The designer and woodworker savours the simple joys in life, a quality that translates into his work in the form of a modern minimalist aesthetic inspired by the Arts and Crafts movement, Bauhaus, and the Wiener Werkstaette.
